Gávea Rock
Trail with climb and rappel.
We will go to the top of the largest monolith by the sea in the world. A good combination of hiking and climbing ⁄ rappel. Nature is completely lush and present all along the way, there are some encounters with small wild animals. The view is always breathtaking. And the exercise is guaranteed, it's 3 hours way up and almost that descending.
Sugar Loaf
Climbing and scrambling up to the top. Cable car to get down.
Lots of fun to the top of the well-climbed 396 meters of this Brazilian postcard. It's about 2 hours climbing amid rock crystals, monkeys, and adrenaline. Once back to civilization at the Club that awaits us on top of the hill, the view is 360 degrees, and all angles are impressive landscapes. We took the cable car down to Morro da Urca, where there are even more restaurant and drink options. Half an hour later we are back at Praia Vermelha.
Tijuca Islands
Free solo, cliff jumping and stand up
We will sail to the Tijucas Islands archipelago, made up of three islands, located near the coast of Barra da Tijuca. We will visit Alfavaca Island on foot, where the more adventurous can climb the rock walls and jump into the water from great heights (more than 10 meters). We will also pass by Joatinga beach.We fly every day.
Scuba Diving
Free solo, cliff jumping and stand up
We begin with boat trip from the village of Abraão to the diving site.
We scuba dive with wetsuits for almost 1 hour, in the water we soon come across a vibrant underwater world. Visibility is generally excellent, allowing you to explore the coral reefs and rock formations with ease.
As you descend to 20 meters, it is impossible not to be enchanted by the rich biodiversity. We encounter colorful fish, such as parrot and angel fish, there are also schools of sardines and you can find sea turtles and seahorses, and even small sharks that patrol the waters, octopus, squid, starfish, among others. The reefs are adorned with bright corals and anemones, creating a magical and surreal environment.

Upon entering the cave, you are greeted by a magical environment where sunlight penetrates through the rocky openings, creating fascinating lighting effects. The water is crystal clear, revealing a bottom covered in rocks and coral, as well as small fish that inhabit the place.

Ride in Off-Road mode
Get ready to ride your quad bike through the stunning landscapes of Arraial do Cabo, on a route of approximately 25km that combines challenging trails, panoramic views that will provide adrenaline in a unique and exciting experience in contact with nature.
You will have the opportunity to appreciate the natural beauty of Arraial do Cabo with its beaches, mountains and lagoons through stunning landscapes.

No prior experience in climbing is required, but interest in the sport and love nature are basic prerequisites to participate.
In the School Projects (NGOs) we will be teachers and students simultaneously, of climbing and English.
